All payments are to be made on the day unless previously agreed. Payment can be made by cash, card or bank transfer.
Any booking wishing to be cancelled or postponed must give a minimum of 48 hours notice. After this time you will be charged 50% of the agreed quotation.
Every job is carried out with the utmost care and attention, all areas to be cleaned should be cleared as much as possible. Any furniture still in place may need to be moved during the clean, Aardvark Carpet Cleaning cannot accept responsibility for any accidental damage caused at this time.
Stains are always treated with the best chemicals for that particular stain. Not every mark can be fully removed, but our best efforts will be made.
Ornaments and pictures on walls should be moved to a safe location.
A pre clean survey is preferred to allow us to give an accurate price. If a survey has not been carried out we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly when we asses the situation upon arrival. Some stains can take hours to treat, so this time has to be accounted for.
To confirm your booking a deposit may be required. This is non refundable if you cancel within the 48 hour cancellation limit. Same day cancellations will be charged at the full quoted cost.
All payments are due upon completion of the work carried out, unless previously agreed by Dan. Late payment will be charged at 10% per day, then passed onto an independent collection agent if still unpaid.
